Do you feel the $10.4 million pay out you received is enough compensation for all you have gone through ? Tom: No comment. Dave: I'd like to turn my attention to the head of energy East next. Wesley, Did you fire Tom or did he just quit ? Wesley W. von Schack: No comment. Dave: Its beginning to look to a lot of us that this wasn't a merger, but an unfriendly, hostile takeover.
