Here are a couple of events that might be of interest to some of you. They are all events that benefit local agencies. We hope you will find the extra to help support them.

Have some and benefit Webster Comfort Care – a home for the terminally ill.  The home gets 20% of every sale from 5 pm to 8 pm on:

also, we get 20% of sales of the hots, hamburgs, sandwiches, beef on kimmelwick, etc. fries, etc.!!

It really helps a home that charges nothing for it’s loving care and services!!

 

A Giant Thanks to Hank’s, who always provides our Webster Comfort Care residents with their favorite ice cream, free of charge!!

 

This is an event that needs our support!

The next event is hosted by Charlie and Cora Venishel.  It is their annual open house to benefit the Ronald MacDonald House of Rochester. 

 

In case you don’t remember, Ronald MacDonald Houses supply a place for “out of town” families to stay, when their child is hospitalized with serious illness or injury. They supply all the necessary accommodations and support services necessary so that the parents can concentrate on the child.

First I must apologize for my rant last month against benefits (even though they deserve it). But I did receive enough comments back from some of you detailing problems that happened to you.
