Any time spent with this group is a Caribbean vacation! With from five to eight members, the Trinidad & Tobago Steelband brings the ambiance of the islands everywhere they go. Not only do the tenor, cello, seconds, double seconds, and soprano drums provide the melodies and harmonies, but the electric bass, drums, and congas complete the full sound. The band members are all accomplished musicians and they share the exciting musical heritage of Trinidad & Tobago with their listeners. Their repertoire includes popular island songs like Maryann, Yellow Bird, and Jamaica Farewell, as well as new arrangements of pop hits, and even St. John and other members' originals.
