Chuck's Tuneful Tales Show promotes reading by bringing the stories to life through the use of music and audience participation. The stories are from books, and the children must read the stories themselves (or with someone who can read) to find out the endings. The songs are inspired by the stories, and the books can be found at the library or book stores.
The audience that Chuck captures is the young and the young-at-heart. Even parents find the activities fun since they mimic such songs as the "Hokey Pokey" and the "Chicken Dance".
