The fishing pole represents the GOVERNMENT. (Any Government !)
The two rich looking corporate creep types who are holding the pole
represent BIG OIL and CONGRESS.(Parliament, etc, etc, etc)
The people under the carrot represent the MIDDLE CLASS AND THE POOR. (Anywhere in the World)
The land the corporate creep types are standing on represents the 
DESTRUCTION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT. (There probably is or was oil under it !)
